Web Development

Fast, accessible websites and web apps that hold up under real traffic.

Fast, scalable websites and web apps built with React, Next.js and modern stacks.

Start a project 6–12 weeks for most builds

What this actually involves

A website earns its keep in two places: how quickly it loads and how easily someone can do the thing they came to do. Everything else is decoration. We build on Next.js and React because that combination gives us server-rendered speed and a codebase your next developer will recognise — not a bespoke framework only we understand.

Every build starts with the awkward questions. Who is this for, what do they need to accomplish, and what happens to this site in two years when someone else has to change it? Answering those first is what stops a project turning into a rewrite.

Questions

The ones people actually ask

Can I edit the content myself after launch?
Yes. Anything you tell us you want to change regularly gets wired into a CMS, and we walk you through it before handover. If a section is genuinely fixed, we leave it in code rather than build an editor nobody will use.
Do you build on WordPress?
We can, and sometimes it is the right call — a content-heavy site with a team already trained on it, for instance. For product sites and web apps we recommend Next.js, because it is faster, safer and costs far less to maintain. We will tell you which one your project actually needs.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support is included, covering anything that breaks or behaves differently to what we agreed. After that you can take it in-house — the code and docs are yours — or keep us on a monthly retainer.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Hosting, domain and repository are all created in your name. We work inside your accounts rather than holding them.
